Some years back I worked in Facilities for a large Petrochemical Company in Central Milton Keynes. Not long after I started there it was decided to go out to tender for new cleaners, and I was tasked with getting tenders together and interviewing for a new Contractor.  We chose aZtec.  Why?  They weren’t the cheapest, but there was something about their attitude, friendliness and willingness that made us think yes, these are the cleaners we need.

When some time later we became landlords of the building  it was aZtec who we wanted to bring with us to look after the landlords areas, they dealt with TUPE and made the transition go so smoothly.

I did not regret the choice.  What a fantastic team we had. aZtec were very hands on.  There were always spontaneous visits to site to make sure we were ok. Nothing was too much. We set up monthly meetings, they always went well. If we had an issue it was dealt with straight away.  We would often poll certain work areas within the organisation for feedback and aZtec always followed up on this. They even helped me personally with my NVQ.

I arranged little Christmas get togethers for the cleaning staff as I always felt sometimes they are overlooked at this time of year.  aZtec Management not only encouraged this but joined us at the event.
