I was reassured that our issues would be dealt with, and we
quickly noticed better control and management of staff.
There is clearly a dedication to service standards and
aspiring to meet the customers’ cleaning requirements.
We have been pleased to see improved staff attendance and
the cleaning standards are visibly better, which has a positive
effect on our staff. Where we have had difficulty with
suitability of staff, Brenda, our dedicated Regional Manager
has managed them appropriately and found the right people to
replace them. Our cleaners are attentive and dedicated,
we have a very competent group now.

She meets with me frequently for client meetings, but as the service is running well, I have reduced this to 2 monthly reviews to address issues should there be any, on a less regular basis. I always however have a very responsive and attentive service should I raise an issue at any time.
