How we operate
Phase 1 – Quotation

WE DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS
If we are a good match, we will survey your premises
We provide a tailored quote and discuss it with you, providing options suitable to your needs. Our costings are broken down to provide a transparent process.
Phase 2 – Start of Cleaning Service
We prepare all documentation including TUPE, service and consumable requirements.
Handover from sales to your dedicated Manager. You will receive a visit from both to facilitate an effective start.
Your manager or supervisor train and familiarise all cleaning operatives with your building and specification.
Phase 3 – Effective Ongoing Management
Regular visits are made by your supervisor to check the quality standards of your contract. Further training is given when needed.
Your dedicated manager maintains direct contact with you and is available to deal with and queries or new requirements.
With holiday and sickness cover and reliable cleaning service, you can manage your business whilst we manage your cleaning.
